Kyrenia, Antiphon 2022

Based in the Peloponnese Peninsula in central Greece, talented winemaker Panagiotis Papagiannopoulos has made a name for himself for his innovative and exciting wines. Using only indigenous varieties and low intervention, he makes his wines from high altitude sites cooled by the sea breezes from the Gulf of Corinth. Antiphon 2022 is a pure, juicy red with a fresh floral finish made from a blend of Mavrodaphne, Agiorgitiko and Mavro Kalavrytino. Taken from sites up to 950m above sea level, it is well-structured with a bright acidity. It's a great wine to bring along to your next BBQ or to pair with any grilled foods.
